BUILD PAGE 11 - Building the Cart / Control Center Continued

The cart survived the journey to the powder coater and back.  Now we start putting it all back together.    Since we never plan to have this cart flipped upside down again and don't what any of the wheel bolts to ever come loose we installed them with some blue thread locker just to make sure.

Here you can see the cart flipped right side up rolling on its wheels.

You can also see the two holes that we drilled in the top one for the vacuum system and one for the cables.    The top of the table is wider than the cart to provide some protection for the cart when rolling around the shop.

To protect the powder coating and to create a non slip surface we got a cheap roll of indoor outdoor mat from Home Depot to used as a floor covering in the cart.

Here is just another view of the powder coated cart.  For the powder coating we used a local shop in Lake Havasu AZ - Finney’s Powder Coating.  The cart came out great we were very happy with the results.

The carpet has been cut to match the interior dimensions and is now ready for the components to be installed.

The components are starting to all get mounted in their respective locations in the control center.   The lower section will hold the UPS power supply cnc controller, and computer.

The white electrical box will be where we connect incoming power and that will connect to the UPS and all components will connect to the UPS.
